Our Client Services Director is a TILT leader. A member of the senior leadership team, they manage their respective account portfolio and team leads with a refined combination of strategy, direction, and passion. They ensure success among their clients, business development leads, teams, and operational jurisdictions. They have an understanding of TILT's mission, industry trends, and end-to-end agency operations. As a senior leader, the CSD helps facilitate a seamless exchange between Ops, Creative, and Account teams.
Senior: 11-14+ years
AD/BRANDING AGENCY EXPERIENCE 100% REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION
11-14+ years account and/or project experience with business development/sales experience, including account management/direction for branding/advertising campaigns and managing teams
Currently "FlexiMeet" schedule - hybrid work @ office as required
$110-120K plus performance-related variable compensation pay (PRP) plan
Full-Time, Permanent (Exempt), 40 hours
Authorized to work in the U.S.; No sponsorship available.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field (Marketing/Advertising, Business, etc.) preferred or equivalent course / work experience; Master's work preferred
Strategic thinking & account planning capabilities at all account levels; Experience working with and managing internal and external partner networks; Management/mentorship of junior-level staff; Financial background to include forecasting and profit/loss statements; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets); Task Management & Time Management Software (Vogsy)
5-10% post-COVID restrictions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The employee is occasionally required to sit and balance. The employee may lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
