Digital Advertising Strategist

DESCRIPTION

POSTING DATE: February 15, 2021

As a TILT Digital Advertising Strategist, you will be collaborating with client, account, and creative teams regarding trends and best practices. You are a natural leader and an organized team-player who can maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, translating their business objectives into campaign objectives. Not only are you informed of the latest traditional and digital market trends, but building content roadmaps and strategies are also second nature to you! Healthcare experience a plus.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Mid-level: 5-7+ years of experience

PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE

5+ years in advertising strategy with a thorough   understanding of digital strategy in a creative or brand agency environment

Birmingham, MI

SALARY

$70K-$76K

EMPLOYEE TYPE

Full-Time, Permanent (Exempt), 40 hours

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Marketing/Advertising, Business, etc.) preferred or equivalent course / work experience

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Strategic thinking and planning capabilities   across account levels; Experience with research best practices, methods and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Experience in B2C; Consistently aware of new developments in the marketing/advertising/content space with a focus on digital trends; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)    

KEY DUTIES

  • Provide a deeper understanding of data and consumer behaviors to drive digital advertising/traditional advertising campaign results
  • Provide advertising strategy across multiple clients and issue areas, from scope development and creative concepting to launch
  • Facilitate exchange of ideas for research activities and analyze all data to prepare accurate reports and presentations. Including running client strategy workshops
  • Must be able to synthesize quickly and deliver ideas and concepts in a clear, client-focused way
  • Collaborate with both the account and Creative teams in order to produce compelling content that is grounded in the brand
  • Become a TILT advocate to convert clients and convey the importance and nuance of our model
  • Help to develop the Strategy team through mentoring junior team members
  • Other duties as directed by Management

OTHER KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leading digital strategy initiatives as TILT   builds its digital practice   
  • Building and maintaining the client relationship
  • Development of new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement (organic growth)
  • Navigate and lead client meetings/presentations/workshops as necessary  
  • Maintain a high level of client service and responsiveness, with attention to detail (even when under pressure)

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The employee is occasionally required to sit and balance. The employee may lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
