Senior: 8-10+ years
Full-Time, Permanent (Exempt), 40 hours

Masters Degree/MBA in a related field (Marketing/Advertising, Business, etc.) preferred or equivalent course / work experience
Strategic thinking and planning capabilities across account levels; Experience with research best practices, methods and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Project Management experience; Experience in B2C; Constantly aware of new developments in the marketing/advertising/content space; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
9+ years in brand/advertising strategy with a thorough understanding of account strategy and management in a creative or brand agency environment
